pause feature. 'Cancel' button now become a split button and 'Pause' available through menu from this split button (since it less frequently used than Cancel). After pause the 'Resume' action is more necessary so it becomes the main action of this split button and 'Cancel' moves to split button menu.
file preallocation on downloading. Disabled by default, can be enabled using Options Advanced Pre-allocate files option. When option is enabled, the program uses memory-mapped files instead of sparse files. Additional advantages: less disk usage, less files fragmentation. Disadvantages: more memory usage, downloading speed may be up to 15% slower.
SOCKS proxy support. Proxy settings in Options dialog box now have Type combo box where proxy type can be selected.

Also fixed crash on manual quality selection. Thanks for crash reports!
