- added basic support of
meta refreshredirections - fixed progress notification in Convert Mode. When transcoding a file, size of resulting file is unknown. But duration is known, as well as duration of the part that is currently processed. So progress in Convert Mode is notified now using time units.
- fixed possible error when downloading chunked non-live DASH streams
